If It Isn't Right, We'll Make It Right

A rosary should feel like yours. If it doesn't, here is how we set things right.

A thirty-day window

You may return an unused rosary within thirty days of the day it arrives. To be returned, it should be in its original condition, unworn and unprayed, so that we can offer it, in good conscience, to someone else.

How to start a return

Simply email us at hello@viarosaria.com with your order number and a word about what you would like: a refund, or an exchange for a different rosary. We will reply with the next steps and where to send it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, with one exception: if your rosary arrived damaged, or we sent the wrong one, the return is entirely on us. More on that below.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have looked it over, we will refund your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. If you asked for an exchange instead, we will send your new rosary on its way.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

We pack every order with care, but if a rosary reaches you broken, or if we have made a mistake, please contact us within fourteen days of delivery. We will make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping ourselves.
